Follow the simple steps below to price match an item in one of our stores, by phone, or via email. You can request a price match before or after your purchase.

Visit any Bed Bath & Beyond store and present the qualifying competitor’s ad or website to any associate. If you want to price match on an item you have already purchased, please bring your receipt, invoice, or shipping confirmation.

Call 1-800-GO-BEYOND™ and direct one of our Customer Service Representatives to the qualifying competitor’s ad or website. If you want to price match on an item you have already purchased, please have your receipt, invoice, or shipping confirmation handy when you call. Can I Use Coupons with Price Match?
Can I use a Bed Bath & Beyond coupon together with a price match?
The goal of our price matching is to ensure that our customers get the best price available. When shopping with a coupon but also looking for a price match, we will apply the price match OR the coupon – whichever provides the best discount.
You may use a coupon together with a price match ONLY if the competitor would also accept the coupon at the price being matched.
Can I use a manufacturer’s coupon together with a price match?
Yes! We will accept a manufacturer’s coupon with a price match. Any coupon that is issued from a retailer or brand that also has retail stores is considered a competitor’s coupon, not a manufacturer’s coupon.
