Did you know that Walmart takes competitor coupons? They do! BUT, there are some guidelines about what types can be used:

1) coupons MUST state a specified price on them
2) coupons cannot just be dollar/cents off

It is our privilege to coupon and our obligation to do it properly 🙂 we keep couponing alive when we follow the rules set out for us!
