Screenshot your offers to make sure you get your points!

We’ve shared with you how important it is to check your receipts, to make sure you’re getting all the PC Optimum points you’re owed. If you are missing points though, you’ll need to put in a points inquiry with PC Optimum to get them added to your account.

One problem we’ve seen popping up more and more often is that they’re requesting proof of the offer they owe you points for. Only one problem: once personal offers are used, they disappear from your account! To ensure you’ll get all the points you’re entitled to, get into the habit of screenshotting all offers you plan on using each Wednesday when offers are renewed, or before your shopping trips. If any arent awarded to your account, you have the proof needed when you put in your points request. Make sure you get all the points you deserve 🙂
