Class Action Settlement Cheques

For anyone who has received a cheque for the Class Action Settlement for the Prepaid Gift Cards, here is the email I received yesterday explaining the procedure to follow in case of difficulty cashing it, although they do say they are cashable through to September 24, 2022.

 

Dear Class Member,

Recently you should have received a cheque for your share of the settlement funds in the Prepaid Gift Cards Class Action.

The cheque you received contains a printing error; specifically, an incorrect stale date of September 24, 2020. Please note that your cheque is VALID through to September 24, 2022, and can be deposited without issue using a mobile banking application or ATM.

Should you encounter any issues cashing your payment, please contact us by email prepaidclassaction@ricepoint.com or toll-free at 1-866-723-8270, and we will reissue a replacement cheque at no cost to you.
