Canada Revenue Agency has a section in your CRA account called “uncashed cheques”.  Log into your account and go into the Uncashed Cheques to see if there are any amounts still owing to you!  If you do you can either try to find the cheque as Government cheques dont expire or you can request a repayment through the CRA website.
